The CF-4000 offers a capacity of 4,000 l/h and has a total of eight InnoWaFood E-85 filtration modules. All of them are — as is standard in the gentle FLOW® series — equipped with latest-generation membranes and can thus be cleaned with hot water at up to 95°C, which saves time and money. The hot water connection fitted as standard ex works, the gas back flushing using CO2 or air, and the well-thought-out PLC with its versatile options make this especially simple. And the CF-4000’s automatic flow reverse in the filtration circulation effectively prolongs the product filtration cycles.
