The best quality is due to tradition and innovation

Consumers’ expectations have risen considerably in recent decades. Today’s customers are especially looking for light rosés and whites that are full of finesse, with nuanced aromas and colors, and for fine, dignified, and sophisticated reds. Our development of the product-friendly gentleFLOW^® filtration process based on crossflow technology offers the answer to these expectations. Our primary objective in the development of gentleFLOW^® was therefore to greatly reduce the mechanical stress to which the wine is subjected during the filtration process, in order to provide special protection for the unique and individual aromas of each wine variety. That’s why we use slow-running pumps which reduce the shear forces exerted at the impeller in all the systems in our gentleFLOW^® series. In this way we achieve a gentle flow through twice the filter area, with half of the flow rate previously required. This results in unique products of top quality in which all the nuances of taste are pure and stable.
